AppsFlyer Is Live in Cogny: Mobile Attribution for Your Agent

Ad platforms tell you what you spent and what they claim. AppsFlyer tells you what actually happened after the click — installs, in-app events, revenue, retention — and attributes each one to the media source and campaign that earned it. AppsFlyer is now a live MCP integration in Cogny, so your agent can read that attribution data in the same conversation as your Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Apple Search Ads data.

Connect it with your own API V2 token and the agent reads the same numbers your marketer sees in the AppsFlyer dashboard — no export, no CSV upload.

    TL;DR

    • AppsFlyer is live now. Connect it from your workspace Settings → Cogny Managed MCPs.
    • 9 read-only tools: get_partners_report, get_partners_daily_report, get_daily_report and get_geo_report from the aggregate Pull API; get_raw_installs, get_raw_in_app_events, get_raw_uninstalls and get_organic_installs from the Raw Data Pull API; and get_master_report from the Master API. No write tools are registered.
    • Auth is an API V2 token generated by an account admin in AppsFlyer's Security centre. It's account-wide, so one connection covers every app in your account.
    • Each call takes the app id explicitly — the Android package name (e.g. com.example.app) or id<APP STORE ID> for iOS — so you can read any app in the account from one connection.
    • Reports default to the last 7 days and are returned as parsed rows capped at 1,000 — narrow the date range instead of paging.
    • AppsFlyer's OneLink link API (creating and editing tracking links) is a premium feature with a separate token, so it is not exposed here. This integration is read-only.
    • Available on any Cogny plan. The agent pays for its own inference; Cogny handles the proxy and credential storage.

What you can do with it

    ToolWhat Claude can read
get_partners_reportInstalls, cost and revenue (LTV) grouped by media source and campaign
get_partners_daily_reportThe same, also broken out by date
get_daily_reportDaily totals for the app (installs, cost, revenue)
    get_geo_reportPerformance grouped by country
    get_raw_installsEvent-level non-organic install rows
get_raw_in_app_eventsEvent-level in-app events, filterable by event name
    get_raw_uninstallsUninstall events
    get_organic_installsOrganic install rows
get_master_reportA flexible aggregate with your own groupings and kpis — e.g. installs, cost, revenue, roi, retention_day_7

In concrete terms: "Which media sources and campaigns drove installs last week, and what was ROAS by source?" "How installs, cost and revenue trended daily across all my networks this month." "Which countries convert best after install?" "Give me installs and 7-day retention per partner since the beginning of September." Those answers come straight from AppsFlyer, in the same agent conversation where you already check your ad-platform spend and product analytics.

    How to connect it

    1. Log in to AppsFlyer as an account admin and open the account/user menu → Security centre → API tokens (AppsFlyer calls these "Managing AppsFlyer tokens").
    2. Generate or copy the API V2 token (a JWT). The older V1.0 token will not work.
    3. In your Cogny workspace, go to Settings → Cogny Managed MCPs, click Connect on the AppsFlyer card, and paste the token.

The token is stored encrypted and sent only as Authorization: Bearer … to hq1.appsflyer.com. It never expires on its own, but you'll need to regenerate and re-paste it if AppsFlyer revokes it or the admin user changes. Disconnect at any time.

    On read-only trust

This integration is strictly read-only v1. Every tool carries MCP behavior annotations marking it as non-destructive and idempotent, and the server registers no create_, update_ or delete_ tools — an agent cannot create or edit tracking links, change measurement or SDK configuration, or touch anything in your AppsFlyer account. AppsFlyer's one marketing-relevant write surface, the OneLink link API, requires a separate premium token that apps only get from their AppsFlyer CSM, so it is deliberately left out. If self-serve link creation ever becomes available, it would ship as separately named tools behind Cogny's standard approval gate.

Mobile attribution next to ad-platform spend, in one agent session, is where app marketing analysis stops being a stack of separate dashboards. Connect AppsFlyer from your Cogny dashboard and ask your first question.
