    4.2 Billing cycles are monthly. Cogny will provide invoices detailing usage during the previous billing cycle.

    4.3 Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by the user. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle.

    4.5 Any disputes regarding billing or payments should be communicated to Cogny's customer support within 5 days of receiving the invoice.
