Every Change Your AI Makes Is Recorded. Each One Gets Its Own Verdict.

When your AI changes ten things in an ad account, you want to know which of the ten worked and which one cost you leads. Until now Cogny could tell you how the batch did. From today it tells you about each change.

    Every change is recorded

Every change your AI makes through Cogny is now recorded on a ticket, on every plan, Cloud included. That covers campaigns, ads, posts and pages, and also the quieter changes: budgets, bids, statuses, keywords, targeting, uploaded and linked assets, edited ads, conversion settings and Tag Manager edits.

Nothing depends on your agent remembering to register its work. Changes from the same person and the same assistant within two hours land on one ticket, so a session that pauses five campaigns and moves two budgets is one record, not seven.

Each change gets its own verdict

Three to seven days after a change (seven for pages and posts, three for ads and settings), Cogny compares an equal window before and after it on the platform it lives on. It judges every change on your workspace's own KPIs, the ones in your measurement plan when you have one:

    • Worked: the KPI moved the right way and this change is the likely cause.
    • Didn't work: nothing moved that this change explains.
    • Hurt: the KPI got worse and this change is the likely cause.
    • Inconclusive: the data can't separate it from the other changes.

They are the same words a ticket's verdict uses, with one addition. "Didn't work" means the change did nothing measurable; "Hurt" means it made things worse, so it is the one to take back.

Each verdict carries the number it was judged on, for example "Leads: 40 → 22", and shows next to the change on its ticket. When the changes came from your own AI, you get one email when the ticket is measured, with a change that hurt named in the subject line. Your agent can ask for the same record any time with get_my_impact.

    What each plan measures

    PlanChanges recordedChanges measured
    FreeEvery change3 tickets a month
    Solo ($9/mo)Every change3 tickets a month
    Cogny AI ($18/mo)Every changeEvery ticket
    Cogny Pro ($90/mo)Every changeEvery ticket
    Cloud ($499/mo)Every changeEvery ticket

A ticket counts once, however many changes it holds and however many times Cogny checks it. Past the third in a month, a ticket on Free or Solo stays recorded with everything that changed. When you move to Cogny AI or higher, the tickets waiting are measured too, within minutes.

Measuring runs even at zero credits, on every plan.
