One Cogny for Every Plan: Graph Start Page, Shipped Work as Tickets, and Loops
Until today, Cogny looked different depending on what you paid for. Free and Solo had a chat and a tasks board; Cloud had a start page, tickets, scheduled reports and a creative library. Now every plan gets the same Cogny. What your plan doesn't include is still there, greyed out with a lock, so you can see exactly what you'd get by upgrading.
TL;DR
- A graph start page on every plan. One 30-day graph per KPI from your connected sources — Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Bing, Stripe, HubSpot and more — against the previous 30 days.
- Improve a metric in one click. Under each graph, "Improve in chat" opens a chat that already knows the numbers.
- Everything you ship is measured. A campaign enabled, a negative keyword added, a sitemap resubmitted: each becomes a ticket that Cogny measures 3 or 7 days later and closes with the result.
- Loops on Solo and up. Finish a chat, press Create Loop, and Cogny repeats it on a schedule. Each run is its own measured ticket.
- A chat that acts when you say start. Every analysis ends with one concrete next step; reply "start" and Cogny makes the change, asking for your approval first.
The start page
Every workspace now opens on its graphs. Each connected source gets a graph for the KPI that matters most for it, with a companion number underneath — clicks and impressions, conversions and cost per conversion, sessions and key events. The line is green when the last 30 days beat the previous 30 and red when they fall well short.
On Free and Solo, each graph has Improve in chat: a new chat that starts from that graph's numbers and works toward a change you can make. Cloud keeps Experiments, which proposes three experiments for the graph and puts them on your ticket board.
Your graphs refresh when you open the start page. Paid plans also get a daily update: one sentence per source when something worth knowing changed, and nothing when nothing did.
Shipped work becomes tickets
When Cogny changes something on a connected platform for you — enables a campaign, adds negative keywords, updates an ad, resubmits a sitemap — that change becomes a ticket under Tickets. It starts in analysis, Cogny measures it 3 days later for ads and 7 days later for content and SEO changes, and closes it in done with what happened: worked, partial, didn't work, or inconclusive.
The ticket shows what was changed, by name ("Search – Digital Marketing", not a campaign id), the chat it came from and the measured result. A measured win has a share card with your invite link on it.
Loops
A loop is a chat you liked, repeated on a schedule. When a chat has shipped something, Create Loop offers to run it again — weekly negative-keyword mining, a monthly SEO check, a pause on ads that stopped converting. Cogny pre-fills the loop from the chat: what it does, step by step, and which tools it may use. You can edit the steps before saving and any time after.
Every run is a ticket that gets measured like any other. Your loops live on the Loops tab (the tab that used to be called Reports — everything there runs on a schedule now). Loops are part of Solo, Cogny AI and Cogny Pro; on Free you can see the offer, with a lock.
A chat that finishes the job
Every skill — the Google Ads audit, Quality Score, search-term mining, the SEO audit, the GA4 audit, Meta Ads, and the rest — now ends the same way: one concrete next step, named in plain words ("Add 5 negative keywords to the Search – Digital Marketing campaign"), that Cogny can actually carry out. Reply start, yes or kör — or click the chip — and Cogny does it, asking for your approval before a change is applied (tools you've set to always allow run without asking).
When a step can't be done through a connection — a setting only the platform's own interface can change — Cogny says so up front and gives you the exact clicks, instead of offering something it then can't do. When the useful output is a draft (title tags, schema markup, an article), the step says "Draft …" and you get the draft in the report.
The chat is also faster: independent lookups run side by side, and replies after the first message in a chat start almost immediately.
What stays Cloud
Cloud adds scheduled reports, content loops ("Content from data"), the creative library, experiments, ticket generation and the full set of settings — and 5,000 included AI credits a month for $499. On Free and Solo you'll see each of those in the menu and in Settings, greyed with a lock; open one to preview it.
Plans
- Free: 50 chat credits to start and 15 MCP calls a month — enough to go from a question to a shipped, measured change.
- Solo ($9/mo): unmetered MCP calls for your own agent, the dashboard and loops. In-app chat runs on credits you top up.
- Cogny AI ($18/mo, 150 credits a month) and Cogny Pro ($90/mo, 1,500 credits a month): Solo plus a monthly credit allowance for chat and loops.
- Cloud ($499/mo): everything above, plus the Cloud features and 5,000 included credits.
