AppsFlyer MCP for your AI agent
Cogny's AppsFlyer integration exposes 10 tools (10 read) to an AI agent over MCP. The same tools are available on every plan, from your own AI client or inside the Cogny app.
- 10readonly reads data.
- 0writecreates or changes something.
- 0destructivedeletes, removes or replaces something.
Over MCP your own AI client asks before it runs a write. To take a tool away from your agent, block it in Settings → Integrations. Plans, approvals and limits
set it up.
Add Cogny to your AI client once, then connect AppsFlyer in Cogny. Every AppsFlyer tool below appears in the client.
- Claude CodeRun
claude mcp add --transport http cogny https://app.cogny.com/mcp, then authorise in the browser. - Claude.aiSettings → Connectors → Add custom connector, URL
https://app.cogny.com/mcp, then log in and pick your workspace. - ChatGPTSettings → Apps → Advanced settings → Developer mode → Create app, URL
https://app.cogny.com/mcp, authentication OAuth. - CursorIn Cogny, Settings → Data & Integrations → Connect AI Clients shows the block to paste into
.mcp.json, with an API key. - CodexRun
codex mcp add cogny --url https://app.cogny.com/mcp.
Data and limits
Every report tool takes an app_id; list_apps returns the ids with each app's name and platform. Aggregate reports (get_daily_report, get_partners_report, get_geo_report) count against AppsFlyer's Pull API limits: one call a minute per app per report, and for a date range of three days or more 24 calls per app per report per day and 120 per account per day, reset at 00:00 UTC. A call over the limit fails with AppsFlyer's "Limit reached" answer; wait a minute, and ask for fewer, wider reports rather than one per metric.
In-app events (registrations, subscriptions, purchases) and revenue per day come from get_partners_daily_report: every event the app reports is a column, as "<event> (Event counter)", "<event> (Unique users)" and "<event> (Sales in <currency>)". per_day: true sums the rows to one per day, which is what a graph wants and what keeps a two-month range inside one answer. get_daily_report has no event columns.
Known gaps
- Organic rows report impressions, clicks and cost as "N/A": those columns only have values for paid media sources.
list_appsfollows up to five pages of 1,000 apps.
